Just found again this book. I do not know what to do: I always loved Crichton, but some friends of mine told me this book is not good as Congo or Jurassic Park, so now I am in doubt.

pickI discovered this book last summer, while doing research related to Barnum and the Siren of the Fiji Islands, for another book I wanted to write. The plot immediately won me over and, as I read it, I realized that I became more and more passionate about its story. The story it is very exciting, and every time the reader goes on to the next chapter.
Highly recommended. A Must for all those who love mermaids.
